Key Account Managers Retail Frankfurt - Munich - Cologne - Stuttgart - Hamburg
Job PurposeWork as a member of the Sales team acquiring new business with both new and existing customers. |
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect and cold call specific target customer groups.
- Achieve Sales Target for Total Contract Value and Margin.
- Negotiate and win contracts for communications solutions within the retail market from allocated, targeted accounts and self-generated accounts.
- Build successful commercial relationships at senior levels within the accounts through the management of cross-functional virtual teams.
- Position companies´solutions to deliver business value to the customers.
- Develop and build long-term relationships with customers ensuring that the correct level of focus is applied to strategically important clients.
- Create, present and manage customer expectations along with the support of the appropriate department.
- Working closely with Pre-Sales, ensure a complete solution is delivered to customer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 2 or more years sales experiences in the retail market for a telecommunication or IT company
- Experiences with “Solution Selling” and also Product Selling
- Strong personality
- Proven sales achievement record
- Credible customer references
- Basic English negotiation skills
